Refund Policy 

Consultation fees are refundable if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled 

consultation. 

Less than 24 hours notice: non-refundable. 

Missed appointments: non-refundable. 

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at our discretion.
